Be2Net, with registered office at Via Orzinuovi 73 25125 Brescia VAT No. 04329120986 (hereinafter the “Data Controller”), pursuant to EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (hereinafter the “Regulation” or GDPR), is required to provide certain information regarding the use of personal data collected and processed through this website.
This privacy policy is provided for the website www.be2net.it (hereinafter the “Site”) only, and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user via links, and it forms an integral part of the Site and the services we offer; this policy is provided pursuant to Article 13 of the Regulation to those who interact with the web services of the Site.
You may contact us by sending an email to privacy@be2net.it for questions and comments, to request the updated list of Data Processors appointed by the Data Controller, or for any request concerning any of the rights related to personal data. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the legislative provisions of the Regulation and the confidentiality obligations provided therein. The processing of your personal data will therefore be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, purpose and storage limitation, data minimization and accuracy, integrity and confidentiality, as well as the accountability principle set out in Article 5 of the Regulation.
What types of personal data do we collect?
Browsing data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature may, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and IT environment. These data are used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. For this purpose, the last triplet of the IP addresses of visitors/browsers of the portal is masked before the browsing data are stored in the management database.

The optional, explicit and voluntary submission of personal data in the “Contacts” section (first name, last name, email address and telephone number), as well as any other personal data included in the message, will be processed exclusively for purposes strictly related to the request (for example: responding to requests for information sent). Without prejudice to any processing required by law, any other purpose is excluded.
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of emails to the email addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s email address by the Data Controller, as well as any other personal data included in the message (including any Curricula Vitae submitted for unsolicited applications), necessary in order to respond to the specific requests addressed to the Data Controller.

Purposes and legal basis of processing
Personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
Operational management and purposes strictly connected thereto for access to the website; the legal basis for processing is consent and/or performance of a contract.
Processing for statistical purposes in anonymous and aggregated form on the use of the site and monitoring its correct functioning. The legal basis for processing is consent or the legitimate interest of the Data Controller.
Fulfilment of any obligations provided for by applicable laws, regulations or EU legislation, and compliance with requests from authorities. The legal basis for processing is compliance with a legal obligation.
Purposes related to requests for information. The legal basis for processing is the data subject’s consent.
Nature of data provision and consequences of refusal
The provision of personal data, although not mandatory, may be essential to enable the operation of the site and/or the provision of our services.
In particular, for the purposes referred to in point d), the provision of data is always optional; you may therefore decide not to provide any data or to subsequently deny the possibility of processing data already provided by revoking the consent previously given at any time by sending a specific request to the Data Controller in the manner described in this policy. However, refusing consent may result in the inability to acquire your data and therefore to respond to your requests.
Methods and duration of processing
Your personal data will be processed using paper and/or automated IT tools, by our personnel authorized to process the data or by any data processors appointed pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR (such as, by way of example: professionals, legal consultancy firms).
For the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected or for any other related legitimate purpose (unless you revoke the consent given). At the end of this period, the data will be retained to comply with specific regulatory or contractual obligations, as well as for administrative purposes and/or to assert or defend a right in the event of disputes or pre-litigation.
In any case, the Data Controller undertakes to adopt appropriate technical and organizational security measures to prevent the destruction or loss of data, unauthorized use and unauthorized access, pursuant to Article 32 of the GDPR.
Your data will not be disclosed in any way, but may be communicated to third parties to whom such communication is mandatory by law (such as, for example, competent administrative and judicial authorities, national and/or international public authorities entitled to receive them).
No automated decision-making processes, including profiling pursuant to Article 22, paragraphs 1 and 4 of EU Regulation 2016/679, are carried out as part of the processing.
Transfer of personal data
Personal data are not currently transferred to countries outside the European Union. In any case, should the Data Controller transfer data to non-EU countries, it hereby assures that such transfer will take place in compliance with applicable legal provisions.
Rights of the data subject
As a data subject, you may contact the Data Controller to exercise your rights as provided for in Articles 15 to 22 of the Regulation, which are listed below:
the right to request access to personal data from the Data Controller (Art. 15);
the right to request rectification from the Data Controller (Art. 16);
the right to request erasure of personal data from the Data Controller (Art. 17);
the right to request restriction of processing from the Data Controller (Art. 18);
the right to data portability (Art. 20);
the right to object to processing (Art. 21);
the right in relation to automated decision-making processes (Art. 22).
Where processing is based on Article 6(1)(a), you have the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
Changes to the Privacy Policy
We may occasionally make changes to this Privacy Policy. If we make substantial changes, we will provide the user with a clear and visible notice so that they can always stay informed about these matters.
